- Order acceptance and delivery is made on the following terms and conditions. By taking delivery of our shipment it is assumed that these are accepted and acknowledged.
- Delivered goods are made under the property reserve conditions as per § 455 BGB in addition that all delivered goods remain our property until the complete payment has been made.
- The current quotations apply incl. taxes (subject to change). - Shipping costs are at the customers expense (see shipping conditions).
- All offered articles are intended for the mutual desire gain of adults to the use in mutual agreement. With your order you confirm your majority.
- Claims against delivered goods and refunds are only valid if submitted, in writing, within 14 days from date of delivery.
- Transport damage or partial deliveries must be recorded in the presence of the deliverer and communicated without delay to the carrier company.
- Net payment of our invoices are due within 14 days. Any reminder costs will be in addition and are also due for payment.
- If parts of these conditions should be invalid, the local law enter into force for these parts. Any other remaining conditions will stay in charge.
- Only German law is applicable.

Order terms:
- Delivery facilities remains reserving.
- You can place your order by fax, letter or by email (to avoid any misunderstandings please not by phone call).
- Your order must include the article number, size and quantity.
- Delivery time is normally 14 days to a maximum of 4 weeks. Should this be extended then the buyer will be promptly informed.
- We will part ship and inform you should an article not be available at time of order. Delivery of the missing article will be made as soon as its available - and of course at our cost.

Shipping conditions:
- Delivery will be made usually after payment in advance plus postage fees.
- Delivery of orders up to 800,00 Euro within Germany can be also dispatched via COD cash on delivery (plus costs).
- Unfortunately cash on delivery (COD) is not available abroad.
- Delivery abroad is only possible if payment is made in advance (goods total plus individual shipment fees).
- The pre-invoice is also the order confirmation. The sales contract becomes valid with the distribution confirmation or with supply of the goods.

Claims:
- In the case of a claim, we ask for a telephone call, briefly outlining the damage.
- In the case of production or material defects, the article will of course be exchanged.
- Special and custom-made designs and sanitary articles are excluded from refund and exchange.
- Princess Yara Toys will not except any liability for personal injury caused by the use of our products.

Our catalogue:
Our new catalogue is valid from 1st December 2000 and is available for 3,00 Euro.

Our discounts:
Our discounts depend on the order value and are as follows:
From 1.000,00 Euro to 1.500,00 Euro......less 5 %
Over 1.500,00 Euro.................................less 10%
